THE MINISTRY

My first area of ministry is in aiding my husband in the Bible Baptist Church of Bassenheim, Germany. My focus there is working with and teaching the women and girls in our church. My greatest joy is helping Christian women find the reality of Almighty God in their every day life.

Too many Christians are willing to "just survive" their spiritual life. This is NOT God’s goal for us. He paid a high price to enable us to have so much more (2 Peter 1:3,4).
We are to learn more than survival; we are to learn to be courageous, victorious soldiers of the cross. There is a cause worth fighting for and it is time we stop sitting on the bench of life, coddling our selfish ego and shine our shields of faith, sharpen our sword of the spirit and fight the good fight (Ephesians 6:11-17).

Through God’s leading, I have been asked by various churches to speak at Ladies Retreats and Seminars in Europe, Siberia and the United States. I have found that women of every nationality are fighting the same battle I did. Depression is similar to a broken limb: it can come about in a hundred different ways, but once it is there, the pain, inability to function and dependence is the same. God and His Word are the ONLY answers to healing. I can tell you this with certainty, because I, myself, experienced this. It is time to realize, Christian clichés and our outward appearance hold no power and are distasteful to our Lord.

My desire is to reach women through a ministry of speaking, writing and encouragement. It is imperative that we come to the place where we are willing to humble ourselves before Almighty God, submit our lives to His control and authority and live in the victory that comes from more than survival.
