I just have to say, that this weeks devotion (Nov 11) was exactly what I needed to hear. I was quite distraught over the election of Obama and been trying to prepare myself for the worst. This devotion renewed my perspective and that GOD is in charge - no matter who is elected President. He is the one that grants us peace and prosperity - not the president or the economy! This devotion was very good with great timing in my life - Thank You!

I just have to share an amazing blessing from the Lord. As you probably know, our three children and 12 grandchildren all live in the U.S. Our youngest grandbaby will be a year old in Dec. and we have not yet seen her. Well we all wanted to be together for christmas, infact some of our grandchildren said we will be happy with no presents if the whole family including Grandpa and Nanny can be together. Well this looked impossible and we had all pretty much accepted that fact. Then God began doing the unexpected. Yesterday He supplied us with tickets to go to the States for Christmas. The cost was $800.00 less than when we had first checked and He has supplied the funds. WOW!! we are all thrilled and humbled at our Lord's loving grace and care of us. I would love to hear what is going on in your life. Take time to write.
